The Roman villa of Els Munts

This is one of the most important complexes of its type to be found in Hispania. The architectural and decorative remains (sculptures, mosaics, capitals, etc.) come from an long period of occupation (from the first to the fifth century AD). An arcaded corridor is the central axis of a complex in which diverse functional units, both residential (thermae, rooms, etc.) and agricultural, come together.
